Do I just "show up" for my first class or do I need an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment to meet with the instructor before your first class, or just show up. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time - we have a little paperwork which must be completed before class starts. That will also give the instructor time to explain to you what will be happening in class.
What do I need to bring with me to class?
Bring a bottle of water and a workout mat (or beach towel) for cushioning during floor work. And bring your enthusiasm! You are going to love this workout!
How much does a class cost?

How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional. For new customers, we recommend you attend classes for at least 3 weeks to familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before beginning to use light weights. To start using weights, you will only need 1-3 lbs weights. (We have some weights available for your use.)
I have out-of-town family/friends - Can they attend?
YES! Our out-of-town Family & Friends Pass is just $5/class. So bring them along!
